The Earth and all its inhabitants are made possible by the life-giving energy of our sun. This is “agni”—the fire responsible for the combustion of stars. This is also the power of Manipura, our 3rd chakra.
In the 3rd chakra, we become aware of thoughts and images and the experience of “mind” which creates a sense of “self.” This awakens the need to determine our own reality—to create our own destiny. This chakra activates our will, motivating us to break our old patterns and change our lives.
