Your body’s energies are re-directed away from all the sensory channels, so they can be used for repair and restoration.

In this class, I’ll lead you through a Yoga Nidra sequence—the sequence stimulates specific centers of the brain, taking you to deep levels of relaxation, far more beneficial than conventional sleep.
