This video is a simple relaxation sequence taught in meditation workshops after we’ve been sitting for a while and the body has become stiff.
Because unconscious tension can appear when meditating for long periods of time, it’s necessary to keep the body relaxed and calm between meditations.
The exercises are gentle stretches of the arms and body, along with loosening of the face, neck and throat.
The movements are very easy and can be done sitting on a chair or on the floor.
Enjoy!
